Well this card is from Kaliningrad.Kaliningrad is a seaport and the administrative center of Kaliningrad Oblast, the Russian exclave between Poland andLithuania on the Baltic Sea. The territory, the northern part of the former East Prussia, borders on NATO and EU members Poland and Lithuania, and is geographically separated from the rest of Russia.

But it is showing Moscow-the capital city of Russian Federation(and is the largest city in Russia).The population of Moscow is 10 524 400(2009).
